- Q. What deposit do I have to pay to secure my booking?
A. We only require a 10% deposit to secure your booking with the remaining funds payable no later than six weeks before arrival. However in some instances we may require an additional
deposit guarantee you’re booking at certain locations
- Q. I can’t decide on a specific package, can you help?
A. Yes that is exactly what we’re here for. As we have a broad knowledge of all the products we offer, we can help you weigh up the pros and cons of each hotel, golf course or resort
to help you find your perfect package.
- Q. The packages you are offering are not quite what I’m looking for. Is it possible to alter the package in anyway?
A. Absolutely. We can change every aspect of a package should you wish.
- Q. We would like golf buggies included in our golf package, is this something that you can arrange?
A. Yes. If golf buggies are not included in your preferred package we can offer an additional supplement to include golf buggies, only in a small number of cases would this not apply.
- Q. Which should I choose; Car Hire of Airport & Golf Transfers?
A. This all depends on your group size, location of your hotel and golf courses and of course your local knowledge of the area you’re travelling to. Generally for groups of 10 persons
or more, transfers become the more cost effective option but should you be at all in doubt please contact us for our recommendation.
- Q. We are travelling in a group but we have several non-golfers, what can you provide for them?
A. Firstly, we can provide accommodation only rates to avoid any non-golfers incurring additional expenses. Furthermore depending on the destination we can offer a range of day or half
day tours or simply provide a list of local attractions.
- Q. Do you have any recommendations for activities when we’re not golfing or if we decide to have a non golfing day?
A. Yes. We can provide you with a range of activities for all our destinations. Also, as we are based on the Costa del Sol this has become our specialised destination and as such we are
better equipped than most to offer the most detailed information on sightseeing tours, restaurants and local attractions not to mention hotels and golf courses.
- Q. Is there any limit on the size of a group you can cater for?
A. There is no limit on the size of group we can handle. Although we do recommend booking well in advance but as an extra bonus, the larger the group the bigger the discount we can offer.
- Q. When is the best time of year to travel to take a golfing holiday?
A. The time of year depends on your destination but as a good rule of thumb, Spring and Autumn are peak seasons in most golfing destinations. Please contact us for a more specific calendar.
- Q. When is the best time to book my golfing holiday?
A. No time is too soon. The further in advance you can book the better your chances of securing your preferred tee-times as well as qualifying for certain early booking discounts.
- Q. Do you offer any discounts for returning customers?
A. Yes. As a returning customer we will give you an additional discount or offer you a gratuity.
- Q. Do I need travel insurance?
A. Yes. We strongly recommend that you take out an insurance policy which covers all members of your group, all equipment and the full cost of your holiday should you need to cancel your
trip for any reason.
