Accommodation
The hotel holds a central position between La Cala’s golf courses. Built in a rustic Andalucian style the hotel’s 107 rooms offer a range of room categories from single rooms to Suites. Food & Beverage
The La Cala Golf Resort has a number of restaurants and bars, the hotels beautifully appointed main restaurant , La Terraza, can be enjoyed inside and out for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it also hosts regular theme evenings. Next to the La Terraza restaurant there is a private dining room, prefect for groups looking for a private party or business event. Daytime snacks are available at the Lobby bar, 19th Hole and during summer months at the Chiringuito Pool Bar.
Facilities
The La Cala Golf Resort’s facilities are wide ranging and numerous. The Resort is very much a sports-oriented complex, with three 18-hole championship golf courses, a quality par 3 course and the only David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Spain. Besides golf, there is a full-size FIFA approved football pitch and attendant facilities, floodlit tennis courts, squash court and a fully-equipped gymnasium.
The La Cala Golf Resort recently opened the Caracala Spa with extensive and innovative spa facilities such as, hydrotherapy pools, mild and herbal steam rooms, sauna and igloo with beautiful interiors and stunning views to the golf courses. The spa provides guests with a team of highly skilled professional staff administering a wide range of the latest treatments.
Golf Academy
The La Cala Golf Resort contains extensive practice facilities and is host of the only David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Spain. The golf academy offers lessons and group classes for both beginners and experienced players, with multilingual professional’s staff on hand to improve your game. Academy facilities include such things as a 3-D swing analysis studio, a high-tech putting studio, short game area and driving range. The six hole par 3 course is situated around the outside of the academy and driving range and is an excellent place to hone your newly found golf swing. |
