Designed by three time world champion and Ryder Cup winner, Manuel Piñero it is one of the most attractive courses in the area, accessible to all levels of play. It satisfies the amateur golfer in the same way as the professional. La Quinta has 27 holes, split among 3 nine hole courses, which are completely integrated into a splendid natural landscape. The three courses gives the golfer a variety of playing possibilities, with the option of playing the three courses in one.


On arrival the welcome was friendly and welcoming, a complimentary bag with food and soft drinks was provided along with water for the upcoming round of golf.


The professionals shop displayed an array of golfing clothing and equipment for all types of golfer from the high handicap to scratch golfer. The shop was competitively priced with all makes being provided.


A pyramid of practice balls was also provided to warm up before commencing the round. The courses played were the C and A course.


The C and A courses, were similar in nature where the player must use a complete range of shots making it a very enjoyable course. The A course is an open course with wide fairways which invite the use of fairway woods and long irons. It was decided to walk rather than use buggy’s however it would not be recommended unless the player has stamina that would enable them to complete the round in comfort.


The new restaurant service on offers a variety of food including tapas, bar snacks and dinner in the La Quinta Restaurant, this means that the golfer can enjoy a wonderful culinary experience thanks to the various restaurants within the complex.
