Original features such as boulder outcrops and dry stone walling are beautifully contrasted with the creation of several lakes and uncompromising bunker design that results in Gramacho Golf Course being an excellent test for golfers from the fist tee to the last green. The undulating landscape is scattered with olive, fig and carob trees provides the perfect setting. Many of the fairways incorporate these trees into the design by shaping and defining the holes which prove even more taxing should you drift from the straight and narrow. Gramacho is a great course for all golfers and is said to possess the best putting surfaces within the Algarve. Gramacho Golf Course is a challenging Portimao golf course in the West Algarve.
